You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Acceptable Use

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance during scheduled downtime windows.

Technical support is provided according to your subscription plan. Support hours and response times are specified in your service level agreement.

We may update the Service from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes that affect functionality or these Terms.
