Pricing questions

What is the difference between Standard and Professional?+

Standard gives you the platform with the generic consultation, SOAP and general notes templates, and lets you subscribe to individual clinical templates or PGDs as you need them. Professional includes every clinical template and every PGD in the library, current and future, for one monthly price.

How does the Organisation plan work?+

It is priced per location and includes three practitioners at that location. Additional practitioners are £29 each per month. Practitioners share patient records, templates and PGDs, and the organisation portal adds analytics across sites.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?+

No. There are no setup fees and you can cancel at any time.

Do new PGDs and templates cost extra?+

Not on Professional or Organisation: anything added to the library is included as it lands. On Standard you subscribe to the individual templates and PGDs you use.
