Scripter Digital builds the platform UK pharmacies and private clinics use to run clinical services: booking, consultations, PGD governance, prescribing, records, payments and reporting, all on one patient record.
Why Scripter exists
Private clinical services grew out of paper: consultation forms in folders, a booking tool from one vendor, spreadsheets for records and a filing cabinet for PGD sign-offs. Every new service added admin, and every audit meant a week of digging.
Scripter was built to replace that patchwork with one connected journey. A booking is the start of a clinical pathway, not a calendar entry: the questionnaire, the consultation, the supply decision, the payment and the record all flow from it.
What we build
One platform for the whole clinical journey. Patients book online against real availability and complete pre-consultation questionnaires. Practitioners work through structured consultation templates built by doctors and pharmacists, with the screening and counselling steps built in. Every consultation is documented against the exact protocol version in force, automatically.
The PGD library covers services from travel health to weight management, each subscription including the clinical template, versioned governance and sign-off tracking. Independent prescribers run their own services on the same record.
How we work
Clinical governance comes first: templates defer to the governing PGD document as definitive, versioning is built into everything, and the audit trail is a by-product of normal work rather than a separate task.
Patient data is handled to support UK GDPR compliance, with encrypted storage, role-based access and audit trails; the security page covers this in full. The platform is shaped by the pharmacists and clinicians who use it, and the roadmap follows the services they actually run.
